- No. In most cases, you are automatically given an initial Trading Power
to allow you to place your order(s) before sending funds
- Is the product offered on Nucleo owned by private accounts or Bullion Direct?
- The products available on Nucleo are a combination of products owned
by other members (individuals and institutions alike), as well as Bullion Direct.
Regardless to whom your order matches, you will not be dealing with a third party.
Bullion Direct takes on both sides of the transaction and is responsible
for fulfilling your order to your satisfaction.
- How can I get a product not currently available on Nucleo, added to the list?
- If you do not see a category for a particular product you wish to trade,
please contact us.
Also, we recommend using our Forum
to suggest products and solicit other members' comments to gain support. We
try to be responsive to the needs of our trading community.
- What does POK (Partial Fill OK) mean for a Nucleo trade order?
- "Partial OK" simply means that even a partial order may be matched and executed.
Therefore, if another trader's order "matches" even 1 item at your price, an
order will be executed for the 1 item. Then a replacement order, reflecting
the remaining balance of your original order, will be automatically submitted
back into the market and retain the same placement priority.
- Can I set trade parameters for "All or none", not "Partial Fill OK"?
- Currently there is not a way to buy or sell "All or None" on Nucleo. If selling,
you may send all of your product at one time and we will gladly post to your account.
- When does a trade order execute at an "or better" price?
- The "or better" only comes into play at the moment your bid enters the
market. If there is a better price available at that time, you will get the
benefit of the "better" price. Any trade order that does not match immediately,
is entered into the Nucleo market and will not get an "or better" price if/when
it is executed.
- Do you buy precious metals?
- You can sell your metal on our Nucleo Exchange, essentially
selling directly to our customers without having to deal with a
third party. If your product is not listed on Nucleo or you
have any question about which category to use, please feel free
to contact us.
- Does my product have to be appraised before selling on Nucleo?
- No. Your product does not need to be appraised before sending to
Bullion Direct. Our Vault staff reviews all product for authentication
and quality control purposes.

account within 2 (two) business/banking days after it is received and passes
through our Authentication and Quality Control process.

still Pending. If so, the product is unavailable to sell.
To release the hold on the product, CANCEL the pending SELL Order(s) that is
involved. You will then be free to place another order using the product(s)
for fulfillment.

available to sell or have delivered. If you have a sell orer for product in your
