To cancel an existing Nucleo order (un-executed), go to My Account
under Member Services and then select the Open Trades
section. As long as an order has not already executed ("matched"),
you will be able to cancel it.
Although we can not "cancel" an order that has already executed,
we can "offset" the trade in the market. However, there may
be a market loss and/or an administrative fee which will be
charged to your account. If you are unable to complete your
transaction, please notify our Help Desk
immediately to minimize any potential losses and/or administrative fees.
- How do I cancel my Catalog or Auction order?

We are unable to "cancel" an order once confirmed, as we
take a "position" in the market once a transaction is confirmed.
Cancellation of an order may result in a market loss and/or
an administrative fee being charged to your account. However, if
you are unable to complete your transaction, please notify our
Help Desk immediately to
minimize any potential losses and/or administrative fees.

and we will gladly do our best to cancel the transaction as long as it is still pending.

into your account.
